What does a Product Manager do at Frollo?

As a Product Manager at Frollo, you will own the product vision and roadmap for assigned products or features, working closely with engineering, design, sales and customer success to deliver valuable, reliable and compliant solutions. You will translate customer and stakeholder needs into clear product requirements, prioritise work to maximise business impact, and lead cross-functional execution from discovery through to launch and ongoing optimisation. This role suits someone who combines strategic thinking with hands-on delivery and a strong customer focus.

Key Responsibilities

• Strategic Product Ownership: Lead end-to-end discovery, roadmap planning, and agile execution for personal financial management features within the consumer mobile app.

• Growth & Data Strategy: Drive acquisition, onboarding, and retention by leveraging user research and behavioral data to design engagement loops and reduce journey friction.

• Cross-Functional Leadership: Partner with engineering, design, and marketing to ship high-quality features, balancing technical trade-offs with business impact and KPIs.

• Operational & Stakeholder Excellence: Ensure all initiatives meet rigorous security and compliance standards while acting as a bridge between technical teams and senior leadership.

Essential Skills & Experience

• Core PM Expertise: 3+ years of proven experience as a Product Manager for a successful, market-leading consumer mobile app within a tech-first environment.

• Fintech & Regulatory Depth: Strong background in regulated financial products with a deep understanding of API-based products, SDKs, and complex integration patterns.

• Agile Team Leadership: Demonstrated success leading cross-functional design and development teams using Agile methodologies to deliver high-impact features.

• Technical & Analytical Toolkit: Proficient in leveraging AI tools for efficiency, managing Atlassian workflows, and utilising analytics platforms to drive data-informed outcomes.
